History & Growth
Rob Lamb grew up in Iowa and developed a strong work ethic at a young age. Starting at the age of 11, he worked as a paperboy, delivering newspapers every morning at 4:30 am. This was followed by work in custom home construction and attending the University of Arizona for Finance & Real Estate. Today, he uses his work ethic to help others achieve their dreams and goals, whether it’s buying a home, investing in commercial properties, or creating large development projects. Rob’s extensive experience in real estate enables him to provide valuable guidance and support to his clients, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
Rob started his career in residential real estate and expanded into commercial real estate and development. This growth was driven by the requests of his residential clients, who wanted him to help with their commercial ventures. Rob has personally negotiated and closed over 3,500 transactions.
Despite the continued growth of the business, Rob is committed to providing personalized attention and expert guidance to each client. Having worked alongside his family in the real estate arena, he was quickly able to develop crucial business skills to build strong relationships with clients. Cory has been licensed since 2018 and works with both Buyers and Sellers. Born and raised in Tucson, he understands and navigates the market and works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for all his clients.
Deepa has a strong foundation in commercial real estate and has completed over 500 thousand square feet in transactions internationally with a total project volume of nearly $1 billion. Transactions include lease and property acquisitions & dispositions during her career with Goldman Sachs, Abbott Laboratories and Smith Barney/ Shearson, and New York Life Insurance Company.
Destiny is the Listing Manager for the Rob Lamb Team. Her duties include working closely with the clients throughout the Listing and Transaction process. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Destiny got her real estate license in 2019. Becoming an Agent has given her the opportunity to help Buyers and Sellers with all of their real estate needs. When Destiny isn’t helping her clients she is likely at home with her pug Penelope.
Shelby L. Montaño
Shelby is a proficient Real Estate professional, with almost a decade of experience in Residential & National Commercial Real Estate Operations, Transaction, and Escrow Management. Motivated by helping others reach their goals, she has dedicated her career to simplifying business operations and developing innovative systems, giving Agents back valuable time to do what they do best, build relationships and sell.
Originally from Georgia, Alyssa obtained her bachelor’s in business administration in economics at Kennesaw State University. Shortly after graduation she moved to the beautiful southwest and received her real estate license. With over six years of real estate experience and managing over 1,000 escrows from contract to close, Alyssa is truly a professional in the real estate industry. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her 3 year old son, Henry, and mischievous pug, Winston.
